TC 132 “Animal protection means, fodders, feed additives”
1) TC 132 “Protection means of animal, fodders, fodder additives” was created on the 16th of April, 1999, Decree № 185 of the 16th of April, 1999.

3) Sphere of activity of TC 132 due to decree № 185 of the 16th of April, 1999: in appendix.
4) Functions of TC secretariat are fulfilled by State Scientific-Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives, which is registered as natural person in Lviv City Council of Peolpe’s Deputies of the 1st of February, 1998, № 01826, ID code 00485670.
5) Composition and structure of TC 132: Chief of TC 132 is Kotsiumbas Ihor Yaroslavovych, director of State Scientific-Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, appointed due to the decree of State Committee of Ukraine in the sphere of technical regulation and consumer’s policy № 64 of the 3rd of March, 2006. The resolutions due to the replacement of TC chief were adopted at the session of TC 132 (protocol № 6 of the 30th of November, 2005). The deputy chief of TC 132 is Velychko Volodymyr Oleksandrovych, deputy director of State Scientific-Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives in the sphere of scientific maintenance of standardization, certification and state control in veterinary medicine, Doctor of Biological Sciences. Responsible secretary of TC 132 is Muzyka Viktor Pavlovych, deputy director of State Scientific-Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives in the sphere of scientific work, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences. TC 132 consists of 2 subcommittees “Animal protection means” and “Fodders for agricultural, domestic and unproductive animals”. There are also working groups (WG) created for conducting certain tasks. Subcommittee “Animal protection means” consists of 3 working groups: “Pharmaceutical medicinal products for veterinary medicine”, “Biological medicinal products for veterinary medicine” and “Products of animal origin”, created for conducting the tasks in the sphere of standardization between SCIVP and Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine after S. Z. Gzhytsky, Institute of Veterinary Medicine of Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. TC “Fodders for agricultural, domestic and unproductive animals” consists of three working groups “Fodders of plant origin”, “Fodders of animal origin for unproductive animals” and “Feed additives” which were formed for conducting tasks in the sphere of standardization between SCIVP and Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine after S. Z. Gzhytsky, Lviv Regional State Laboratory of Veterinary Medicine.
6) Number of organization-members of TC amounts to 19.
7) Number of individual members of TC amounts to 30.
8) Information about involving of the TC members into different tasks, fixed by TC.
9) Secretariat involves all individual members (representatives) of SCIVP into the sphere of expertise of normative documentation, establishment of the recreation ability of control methods, given in normative documents, examination of methodic recommendations, preparation and registration of reviews.
10) Information about conducting the sessions and seminars: there were 30 sessions. The TC members took part in regional session with a participation of technical committees of standardization, representatives of state power bodies, industry and business. This session was organized by Lviv Regional State Centre of Standardization, Metrology and Inspection Certification (Decree № 37 of 26.02.2007).
11) The number and list of developed standards: 32 standards were developed during year, 19 of them – standards of organizations of Ukraine, 13 of them – national standards. All standards were developed at first time.
