Conditions for laboratory animals holding, maintenance, feeding, research studies are ensured in the vivarium. They comply with the international environmental requirements, ensured monitoring rules of human behaviour with poultry, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and mice. In order to reduce the use of laboratory and farm animals alternative methods of toxicological experiments were developed and implemented with the use of ciliates, guppy fish, bees, fruit flies, culture cells of different tissues, ciliates, guppy fish, bees, fruit flies, culture cells of different tissues, guinea pigs buccal epithelium applying modern equipment and new physiological research.
