Department of Accounting, Reporting, Financing and Planning

The main tasks of the department are:

1. accounting of financial and economic activities of the State Sientific-Resaerch Control of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives and preparation of financial statements;
2. ensuring compliance with financial and budgetary legislation in the activities of the Institute and implementation of National Accounting Regulations (standards);
3. ensuring control over the availability and movement of property, use of financial, tangible and intangible resources;
4. organising and conducting tender procurement, reporting and accounting of transactions;
5. inventory of non-current assets, inventories, cash, documents, settlements and other balance sheet items;
6. analysing accounting and reporting data, including consolidated reports on receivables and payables;
7. taking measures to eliminate violations and deficiencies identified during financial inspections and audits conducted by authorised state bodies.
