If you have become aware of facts indicating violations of anti-corruption legislation by employees of the State Scientific-Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives (SCIVP), such as:
- receipt by an employee of an undue benefit (a bribe, gift, any privileges, etc.);
- use of state property or funds by an employee for private interests;
- failure to prevent or resolve a conflict of interest;
- violation of restrictions on joint employment of close relatives;
- non-compliance with restrictions on secondary employment or combination with other types of activities;
- violation of rules of ethical conduct;
- failure to submit or late submission of the declaration of a person authorized to perform functions of the state or local self-government, or identification of false information in the declaration of the declarant;
- any other unlawful acts in the field of anti-corruption,
you may report such facts to the SCIVP and/or to specially authorized entities in the field of prevention and combating corruption regarding corruption-related or corruption-associated offenses, as well as other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption.”

Whistleblowers and their close persons are under the protection of the state. Reports are reviewed in accordance with Articles 53, 53-2, and 53-9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption.”
Attention!
A report is subject to review if the information provided contains factual data indicating a possible corruption-related or corruption-associated offense, or other violations of the law that can be verified.
A report may also be submitted without indicating authorship (anonymously). An anonymous report on violations of anti-corruption legislation will be reviewed if the information provided concerns a specific person and contains factual data supported by evidence that can be verified.
An anonymous report cannot be considered a citizen’s appeal under the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals” and therefore does not require mandatory preparation of a response to the applicant.
The information you provide will be used by the management of the SCIVP as a source for making a decision on the necessity of conducting an inspection or taking other response measures in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption.”
Knowingly providing false information entails liability in accordance with applicable legislation.
