On January 13, 2026, the Academic Council of the State Scientific-Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives held its regular meeting.
During the session, heads of the Institute’s departments presented reports on their activities in 2025. Professor Volodymyr Stibel, Director of the Institute, presented the report on financial, scientific, scientific-technical, and innovative activities for 2025, as well as plans for 2026.
Professor Ruslan Pelenyo, Deputy Director for Educational and Organizational Work, submitted the Institute’s specialist training programs for review by the Academic Council.
The Council also reviewed methodological materials, including:
- “Methodological Recommendations for the Validation of Screening Methods” (D. Yanovych, Z. Zasadna, M. Rydchuk, S. Plotytsia);
- Scientific-methodological recommendations “Sample Collection for Research (Testing) during Monitoring of Antimicrobial Resistance in Zoonotic and Commensal Bacteria” (O. Kaminska, T. Harkavenko, I. Mazur).
A separate agenda item involved reviewing the attestation materials of Candidate of Veterinary Sciences Halyna Rudyk for the conferment of the academic title of Senior Researcher in the specialty N6 – Veterinary Medicine. Following a secret ballot, the Academic Council unanimously approved the conferment of the title.
The meeting highlighted the systematic and effective work of the Institute in 2025 and outlined the key priorities for 2026.
