The Sector, as part of the Trial Centre of the State Scientific-Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives, is accredited by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine for compliance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019 (Accreditation Certificate No. 20461 dated 20.01.2024);
The sector has implemented a management system in accordance with DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019. The personnel of the sector are guided by the policies of the TC on impartiality, confidentiality of information obtained or created during testing, current regulatory documents and documents of the TC management system on acceptance of samples of veterinary drugs, feed, feed additives, premixes and food products, their registration in the electronic system and documentation of samples and test results.

Functions of the sector:

accepting requests, supporting documents and product samples from applicants, agreeing with specialised laboratories on the possibility and timing of order fulfilment;
registering the documents and samples submitted by the applicant in the electronic database;
encrypting samples and transferring them to the relevant laboratories for research (testing) with the relevant supporting documents;
liaising with customers, document flow regarding requests, namely, execution of contracts for work, invoices, acceptance certificates;
preparation of expert opinions (test reports), their coordination with specialised laboratories, and approval by management;
controlling the functioning of the electronic database for registration of samples and supporting documents;
acquisition and updating of regulatory documentation for products and test methods;
updating, distribution and archiving of management system documents in accordance with DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019 and DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17043:2017.
