10th International Symposium on Recent Advances in Food Analysis

Since 2003, when the 1st International Symposium on Recent Advances in Food Analysis (RAFA) was held in Prague, these scientific symposia have become regular and biennial, bringing together scientists from the world’s leading institutions conducting research in the field of ANALYTICAL AND BIOANALYTICAL STRATEGIES IN FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY CONTROL. In the framework of the RAFA 2013 conference, the result of research of the National Reference Laboratory of Veterinary Drug Residues Control were presented about the cases natural ways of antibiotics’ ingress into organisms of agricultural animals.

In line with the concept of previous RAFA events, the Universities of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (UCT Prague, Czech Republic) and Wageningen Food Safety Research (WFSR), part of Wageningen University & Research (Netherlands), which are the organizers of RAFA 2022, have invited all scientific professionals circles and industry as well as representatives of national and international agencies, regulatory bodies, government and commercial laboratories to participate in the 10th International Symposium on Recent Advances in Food Analysis.

This year at the conference RAFA 2022 the National Reference Laboratory of Veterinary Drug Residues Control presented the materials of the joint project Nifursol marker metabolite (DNSH) determination by LC-MS/MS: development of the method and testing on incurred chicken tissues samples. This project is performed in collaboration with R-Biopharm Nederland B.V.
